What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight automatically. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual arrival time and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are complimentary.
Is gratuity included in the price?
A 20% gratuity is shown in your quote by default and you can change it before booking. You can also add an extra tip after the ride from your account.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the fare; no-shows are charged in full.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add the passenger’s name and phone at checkout — they receive the chauffeur details and live tracking link, and you keep the receipt.
Do you offer child seats and meet & greet?
Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request. Meet & greet places your chauffeur inside the terminal with a name sign.
Do you travel outside California?
Yes — Las Vegas, Arizona and other states on request. Long-distance trips are priced per mile with a fixed quote.
