Pamir Elite is a Los Angeles chauffeur company serving travellers, executives and families across California and nationwide. We combine a current-year fleet with career chauffeurs and a dispatch team that picks up the phone — every hour of every day.
Safety & compliance

We operate under a California Public Utilities Commission TCP permit. Every chauffeur and vehicle is verified before their first ride and monitored continuously after.
Driver license
Valid California license (Class C or higher), front and back.
Commercial insurance
Certificate naming Pamir Elite, CPUC minimum liability limits.
Vehicle registration
Current DMV registration for the assigned vehicle.
Vehicle inspection
CHP 19-point safety inspection report.
EPN enrollment
DMV Employer Pull Notice program enrollment confirmation.
TCP assignment
Listing under the company TCP permit with the CPUC.
Background check
Criminal background and driving record clearance.
Booking terms
- Prices are quoted in USD and include fees and the selected gratuity. Tolls, parking and extra wait time are added after the ride.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations are charged 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged in full.
- Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait after landing; other pickups include 15 minutes.
- Cards are authorized at booking and captured after the ride. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Privacy
- We use your contact details only to provide rides, receipts and service updates.
- Chauffeur location is shared with passengers only while a trip is in progress.
- Card numbers are tokenized by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
